Ruggero has an extensive international experience in the energy sector, with a focus on renewable energy, climate change, and sustainability. He has worked for over 20 years in various roles and responsibilities for one of the largest Italian multinational companies and holds several positions in Italy and abroad.

Expert in Institutional Affairs, International Relations, Regulation & Policy, he is currently CEO of the international consulting firm “RAMP Advisory” and Member of the Board of Directors of the University of Padua. Ruggero served also as Member of the Board of Directors of the University of Bologna Alma Mater Studiorum. Vice President of “Confindustria Assafrica & Mediterraneo,” Member of the executive board of the Italy-ASEAN Association, and member of the steering committee of the Coalition for Action of IRENA (the International Renewable Energy Agency) and he became member of the B20, the official G20 dialogue forum with the global business community.
