He is an expert in structuring public private partnership (PPP) projects, development of financial models, financial and technical appraisal of projects, arranging structured finance for projects and negotiations of PPP projects. Stanley has financially closed independent power production projects in wind and solar energy, build own operate transfer projects in roads as well as structuring PPP projects in Special Economic Zones, ICT, seaports, airports, water, solid waste and health.
